Job summary

BankSA Reynella branch is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a permanent part-time role, 9am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday. You will welcome customers, discuss their needs, and offer tailored banking solutions in person and over the phone, helping clients achieve their financial goals while building a long-term career with BankSA. No banking experience?

Qualifications

Customer service and sales experience in a customer-facing role with targets.
Resilience to remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable working towards sales/referral targets and contacting customers by phone.
Numerical ability with cash handling and accurate financial transactions.
Energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
Willingness to learn and adapt to banking procedures and technologies.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and engage in meaningful conversations to uncover needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
Assist customers in achieving financial goals in person and over the phone.
Refer customers to specialized Banking teams when necessary.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support branch goals.
