Job summary

BankSA is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at the Reynella branch for a permanent part-time role. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored banking solutions both in person and by phone, with comprehensive training provided.

This is a branch-based position designed to empower you to support customers daily. You will be part of a supportive team, working to targets and developing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing / phone-based role with experience of working to targets.
• Resilience, with an ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations.
• Comfortable in working towards sales / referral targets and calling customers over the phone.
• Numerical capability, ideally with proficiency in cash handling and counting, with ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy.
• An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people!
• The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to BankSA and engage in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Utilise product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – in-person and over the phone.
• Refer customers to specialised Banking teams when necessary.
