Job summary

BOX Property Management in Belmont/Cloverdale is seeking an Assistant Property Manager on a part-time basis, averaging 25 hours per week. The role runs Tuesday to Saturday and is ideal for someone with at least 6 months WA property management experience.

You will conduct home opens, inspections, PCRs and processing rental applications, while contributing to day-to-day property management tasks. Mentoring from management and potential transition to full-time are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months WA property management experience.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel across Perth metro as required.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• High attention to detail.
• Confident dealing with tenants, owners and contractors.
• Comfortable using technology and apps, including Microsoft 365.
• Police Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• WA Property Management Registration preferred, or willingness to obtain.
