L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Boutique Manager for our Karrinyup boutique in Western Australia. You will support the Boutique Manager in daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a retail environment
• Experience in an assistant management role preferred
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Strong team player who motivates others
• Understanding of KPIs and ability to analyse/report figures
• Skin care experience is a plus but not essential

Responsabilités

• Support Boutique Manager in daily store operations
• Deliver exceptional guest service and meet sales KPIs
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets
• Maintain brand standards and guest-first experience
• Execute visual merchandising and stock control per guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative store culture
