L’Occitane Australia & New Zealand in Sydney is seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Sydney Centrepoint Boutique. You will support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a similar retail role, strong communication, and a passion for skincare.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail role.
• Experience in assistant management or similar leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations alongside the Boutique Manager.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet service objectives.
• Inspire and coach the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold brand standards and manage visual merchandising and stock.

About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Assistant Boutique Manager to help lead the daily operations of our Sydney Centrepoint Boutique. In this key role, you’ll support the Boutique Manager to inspire and guide a high-performing team, ensuring seamless boutique operations and delivering an elevated, memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Boutique Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the boutique
• Ensure the highest level of service is given to our guests, measured against set objectives
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

• A minimum of 1 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
