Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care.
• Experience as a Personal Carer and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Good communication, time management, and dementia understanding.

• Provide pro-active, person-centred services and support that are safe and effective, tailored to each resident's needs, goals, and preferences.
