Job summary

Forsight Australia is seeking a Part Time Active Support Worker for our Jacaranda home in Glenmore Park, Penrith. The role focuses on enabling inclusion, independence and wellbeing for clients with disabilities through a person‑centred approach.

You will engage with families, guardians and other providers to ensure continuity of care. The ideal candidate holds a Cert III in Disability (or is studying) or has at least 6 months of relevant work experience.

Qualifications

• Communication and liaison with families, guardians and other service providers.
• Ability to work with clients using a person‑centred approach.
• Willingness to work across 24/7 rosters, including sleepovers and active nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred support to clients.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Assist with daily living activities and community inclusion.
