Job summary

Michael Page is assisting a well-established manufacturing business in Braeside to recruit a Part-Time Junior Accounts Receivable Officer. You will support the finance team with customer invoicing, reconciliations and account maintenance, working three days per week.

In this role you will help ensure accurate records, timely collections and smooth day-to-day finance operations while maintaining clear records and responsive account enquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience processing accounts receivable transactions and customer payments.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer account records and supporting documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication for responding to account enquiries.
