Recruitment 4 U is seeking a commercially sharp Business Development Manager to join our Parramatta presence. You will meet business owners, run discovery conversations and turn conversations into new member sign-ups in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers real commercial ownership, a visible, high-energy sales culture and the opportunity to earn above base for top performers. You will develop a local Western Sydney network, with Parramatta-based work and one day per week WFH.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective members and manage the sales journey from first contact to close
• Host face-to-face meetings in a polished Parramatta environment
• Understand what drives each business owner, then articulate a relevant and credible value proposition
• Build a strong local network and generate referrals
• Maintain the pipeline with quality follow-up, sound judgement and disciplined CRM habits
• Complete a professional handover so every new member starts well
