Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of best practice case management frameworks and theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes.
• Relevant qualification in social work, psychology or a related human services discipline (preferred) or criminal justice, criminology (desirable).
• Ability to communicate with a range of individuals and backgrounds and apply sound professional judgement when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality case management to a caseload of the highest priority individuals under correctional supervision.
• Utilise strengths-based case management and dynamic risk assessment.
• Prepare Departmental briefs, external correspondence and reports to key stakeholders.
