Job summary

Corrections Victoria in Morwell is seeking Parole and Specialist Case Managers (PSCMs) for a fixed-term, full-time role based in Morwell until 18 January 2028. You will deliver high-quality case management to a caseload of priority individuals under correctional supervision, including parole and post-sentence supervision.

The role requires strong writing, briefing and report-writing skills, dynamic risk assessment, and the ability to engage clients with motivational interviewing.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills for Departmental briefs, ministerial briefs and reports.
• Knowledge of best practice case management frameworks to reduce risk.
• Ability to communicate with diverse individuals and exercise professional judgement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality case management to a caseload of high-priority individuals under correctional supervision.
• Prepare plans and reports with accurate documentation and compliance with the Correctional Practice Framework.
• Manage CCS service user files meticulously and ensure thorough recording and reporting.
