Australian Department of Parliamentary Services – Canberra ACT is seeking a PSL2 Chef to join APH Catering and Events at Australian Parliament House. You will work across a fast-paced kitchen, preparing, producing and presenting high-quality food while supporting stock control and safety compliance.

The role requires a trade qualification in commercial cookery and experience in large-scale food service, banqueting or events.

Qualifications

• Commercial kitchen experience in high-volume settings.
• Demonstrated HACCP food safety knowledge and practices.
• Strong organisation and time management with deadlines.
