Job summary

Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) seeks a qualified PSL2 Chef for APH Catering and Events at Australian Parliament House. You will work across a fast-paced kitchen, delivering high-quality food and maintaining HACCP standards while supporting stock control and waste minimisation.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in commercial cookery.
• Experience in commercial kitchen, preferably high-volume catering.
