Qualifications

• Experience delivering buildings, parks and recreation projects.
• Knowledge of Australian construction standards and WHS requirements.
• Ability to navigate approvals and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the approvals process with minimal guidance.
• Provide specialist advice on construction legislation and safety standards.
• Coordinate and manage consultants during detailed design.
• Resolve complex construction issues as they arise.
• Manage progressive payment claims from contractors.
