Job summary

Upper Hunter Shire Council in New South Wales is seeking a hands-on maintenance worker to operate and maintain watering systems as part of a dedicated community team.

You will work with an experienced crew to deliver visible outcomes for residents, ensuring reliable irrigation and asset upkeep across parks, facilities and public spaces.

To be considered, you should hold a Class C driver’s licence, have previous parks or labouring experience, and MR licence or traffic control tickets are desirable.

Qualifications

• A Class C driver’s licence is required.
• Previous experience in parks and facilities or a similar labouring role will be highly regarded.
• A current MR licence and traffic control tickets are desirable.
• Experience operating light plant and machinery.
