Job summary

G'day Group in Renmark, South Australia, is seeking a Park Manager to lead one of our flagship parks within Australia’s largest holiday park network.

You will own park operations, coach a guest-first team, and drive performance with a strong focus on margins and guest experience. This role offers the opportunity to transform a park with backing from the Adelaide HQ and a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing holiday parks, resorts or similar properties.
• Ability to lead a cohesive team and own a P&L.
• Strong commercial acumen and budget management.
• High operational standards and presentation.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Willingness to relocate to Renmark, SA if required.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of park operations - from housekeeping to guest experience.
• Coach and develop your team to create a guest-first culture.
• Drive business performance with a focus on margins, revenue and ROI.
• Oversee compliance, safety, maintenance and presentation.
• Collaborate with our support teams to build the park's long-term strategy.
