Job summary

Discovery Parks Clare is seeking a hands-on Groundskeeper to maintain a clean, well-presented park. You will perform daily upkeep, repairs and maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

This full-time role requires the ability to operate power tools, a current driver’s licence, and flexible availability. Prior groundskeeping experience is essential, with trade qualification desirable and opportunities for growth within G'day Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds keeping and building/grounds maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail for safety and aesthetics.
• Flexible to work over a 7-day roster, with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks to keep park clean, tidy and well presented.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities, amenities, camp kitchen and play areas.
• Manage grounds upkeep including landscaping, mowing and litter removal.
• Carry out repairs and routine maintenance on park accommodation and facilities.
• Maintain park equipment and tools and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
