Job summary

Discovery Parks Carnarvon, part of the G’day Group, is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming park environment. You will perform daily upkeep of grounds and facilities, and support maintenance tasks across the site.

This role requires a practical approach, attention to detail, and the ability to operate power tools and groundskeeping equipment. A current driver's license is essential, with opportunities for growth within our national park network.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds keeping experience.
• Experience with building and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Attention to detail for safety and aesthetics.
• Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
• Pool maintenance experience is advantageous.
• Current valid driver’s license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks to keep the park clean and well presented.
• Maintain cleanliness of park facilities, amenities, and play areas.
• Carry out general grounds upkeep including landscaping and mowing.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on park accommodation and facilities.
• Manage and maintain park equipment and tools.
• Adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
