Profusion Group in Brisbane CBD is seeking an Experienced Paraplanner on a Professional Year Pathway. You will support the advice team with technical depth from day one, contributing to client outcomes.

Requirements include 2+ years' paraplanning, attention to detail, and willingness to complete your Professional Year. Xplan experience is a bonus as you develop plan construction and investment analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paraplanning experience with exposure to advice and plan construction.
• Curiosity, strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Confidence with advice technology (Xplan experience is a bonus).
• Strong communication skills and a team-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyse tax structures, asset ownership and portfolio construction.
• Model scenarios and stress test strategies.
• Prepare SoAs, RoAs and client materials.
• Learn directly from experienced advisers, investment professionals and senior strategists.
