Cartwright Jones in Chatswood is seeking a Paraplanner or Client Services Manager to join a fast-growing boutique advisory group. You’ll work alongside a lead Financial Adviser, gaining exposure to client work, strategy and holistic advice from the ground up.

With 1 year under your belt, you’ll begin your Professional Year (PY) and work toward becoming an authorised representative. We offer a structured career path, mentorship from senior advisers and a supportive team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Paraplanner, CSM or Associate Adviser.
• Candidate genuinely cares about clients and growth.
• Strong communication and professional disposition.

• Work with lead Financial Adviser in client meetings and strategy.
• Assist in preparing Statements of Advice (SOAs) and product comparisons.
• Build strategy, research and write SOAs and ROAs.
• Develop client relationships and gradually take on own clients.

You're a year or two into your career as a Paraplanner or Client Services Manager and you're ready for more. This is your shot.

A fast-growing mid-tier advisory group in Chatswood close to the Metro and onsite parking is expanding and they want someone hungry not someone who's already done it all.

The Role

You'll sit alongside a lead Financial Adviser day to day, getting real exposure to client work, strategy and holistic advice from the ground up. With 1 year you'll be on track to kick off your Professional Year (PY) and work towards becoming a fully Authorised Representative. The pathway is mapped out, you just have to show up and back yourself.

Day to Day You'll Be:

Working closely with a lead Financial Adviser in client meetings and strategy discussions

Helping prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and product comparisons

Building strategy, research and writing SOAs and ROAs.

Building relationships with real clients along the way

Gradually taking on your own client relationships

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years experience as a Paraplanner, Client Services Manager (CSM) or Associate Adviser

Someone who genuinely cares about clients not just ticking boxes

Good communicator, professional, and keen to grow
