Unlike a traditional clerkship, Pathways isn’t a short-term introduction to life in a law firm. It’s a year-long, apprenticeship-style experience with a market-leading business.

You’ll work on complex disputes and high-stakes matters, see how legal judgement and commercial thinking come together, and learn how AI and technology are changing the way lawyers work and create value for clients. You’ll also contribute to our nationally recognised pro bono program and build the skills, relationships and confidence to set yourself up for a successful legal career.
