Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, document management and maintaining client records.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and respond professionally to client enquiries.
• Liaise with clients, arrange appointments and assist with follow-up communications.
• Assist solicitors in preparing, organising and collating legal briefs, submissions and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with senior lawyers to assist with case preparation, legal research and file management.
• Maintain accurate client files, monitor deadlines and ensure matters progress efficiently.
• Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
