The role includes preparing materials, storing supplies, and aiding in health-related tasks as requested. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or AA or pass ParaPro; a criminal background check is required.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold an AA or higher OR two years of study equivalent to 72 college quarter credit hours.
• ParaPro Assessment with Reading/Writing 324 and Math 325 is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists teachers with individualized and small group instruction for students with diverse needs.
• Supports students' health care needs and develops daily living and behavioral skills.
• Assists staff with classroom preparation, retrieval, use and storage of equipment and supplies.
• May supervise students in library, classrooms, resource rooms, self-contained classrooms, playgrounds, or during bus loading/unloading.
