Job description

Our client's business was built from a decade of private banking experience and first-hand property investment success. The business is focused on strategic lending for clients pursuing multi-property portfolios, with an emphasis on complex financials, lender policy and sophisticated lending structures.

The Parabroker supports the broker by taking the analytical and execution-heavy parts of the lending process and turning them into accurate, well-structured applications. The role combines credit judgement, loan structuring, application packaging and proactive stakeholder management.

  • Prepare complete lender application packs, including compliance and lodgement documentation, lender notes and supporting evidence.
  • Progress applications from submission through formal approval, keeping deadlines visible and issues resolved early.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with brokers, clients, lenders, referral partners and conveyancers to maintain momentum.
  • Coordinate valuations, credit queries and exceptions, and hand approved applications to settlement with complete documentation and context.

  • Pipeline management - Own the flow of each application, monitor conditions and deadlines, solve issues early and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Settlement & compliance - Coordinate the handover to settlement, maintain complete records and support compliance and aggregator audit requirements.
  • Continuous improvement - Identify recurring friction, improve processes and help the lending operation become more accurate and efficient.
