Job summary

Signify's Philips Dynalite team in Moorebank, Sydney, is looking for a Team Leader to oversee job setup, engraving, assembly, job bookings and the laser equipment’s maintenance and calibration to meet quality and productivity targets.

You’ll lead a small team, work across testing, programming and electronic assembly as demand requires, and contribute to continuous improvements in a LEAN manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics (TAFE) desired.
• Experience leading a team and reporting.
• Experience with electronic components and assembly.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Panel production area to meet productivity & quality targets.
• Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with work instructions as well as operational procedures.
• Maintain & report accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed, resolve basic problems, or elevate to the next level more complex problems.
• Modifying machine programs to optimize performance and output quality.
• Final assembly, Test & Programming of electronic assemblies.
• Actively participate in continuous improvements initiatives within a LEAN environment.
