Signify is seeking a Team Leader to guide a small production team in Moorebank, Sydney. You’ll oversee job setup, engraving, assembly, and calibration of laser equipment to ensure Quality and Productivity targets are met.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics manufacturing, a Cert IV or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, leadership experience, and strong MS Office skills. A hands-on approach in a LEAN environment is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics from TAFE or equivalent.
• (Desired) A proactive thinker with experience in leadership, people management & reporting.
• Experience working in a manufacturing assembly environment & experience with electronic components and assembly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office package – Word, Excel etc.
• Sound communication skills with ability to follow clear instructions and perform a high quality of work.

Aufgaben

• Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Panel production area to meet productivity & quality targets.
• Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with work instructions as well as operational procedures.
• Maintain & report accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed, resolve basic problems, or elevate to the next level more complex problems.
• Modifying machine programs to optimize performance and output quality.
• Final assembly, Test & Programming of electronic assemblies.
• Actively participate in continuous improvements initiatives within a LEAN environment.
