Job summary

Novon Lighting Pty is seeking a reliable Assembly Line Team Member to support the day-to-day operations on our production floor and help deliver high-quality lighting products in Sydney, NSW.

You'll perform extrusion, fabrication, wiring and final assembly, read drawings and BOMs, and work closely with the Warehouse and Logistics teams. Full-time permanent role with opportunity for growth and training in lighting manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Teamwork and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete extrusion, fabrication, wiring and final lighting product assembly.
• Support production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Assemble products against BOMs, drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and workmanship.
• Help minimise waste and improve efficiency.
• Report production issues to the Production Manager.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for material movement.
• Keep the production area clean, organised and safe.
