Job summary

Calvary Health Care in New South Wales is seeking a Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) Level 2 to provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership for the Palliative Care Unit (PCU), ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence-based and person centred care.

The NUM is accountable for the effective management, coordination and continuous improvement of nursing and multidisciplinary services within the unit, ensuring excellence in clinical care, patient safety, workforce capability and

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Clinical experience in acute care or hospital settings.
• Ability to work unsupervised during periods of high demand.
• Ability to work effectively as a multidisciplinary team member.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
