Responsibilities include reconciling pallet movements, auditing consignments, preparing weekly/monthly reconciliations, maintaining pallet control procedures, and training staff in proper handling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with pallet systems CHEP, Loscam, 2IC.
• Strong reconciliation and data analysis skills.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role is critical to maintaining efficient pallet control processes within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile pallet and hire equipment movements
• Audit and record pallets using consignment notes, manifests, and transfer dockets

• Ensure compliance with pallet control procedures and identify discrepancies
• Train staff on correct pallet handling and control processes
• Assist with general administration duties as required

Skills & Experience (Essential):

• Proven experience with pallet systems (CHEP, Loscam, 2IC)
• Strong reconciliation and data analysis skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability

Requirements:

• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments (including cold storage)
• Physically capable of manual handling (up to 25-30kg)
• Comfortable working in warehouse settings, including heights and confined spaces
