Job summary

SCT Logistics is seeking a full-time Pallet Controller & Finance Officer to join their Operations and Logistics team at Penfield. This pivotal role involves accurate control of CHEP and LOSCAM hired pallets while collaborating closely with interstate colleagues.

The successful candidate will resolve customer inquiries, process freight delivery documentation, and maintain financial administration in line with P&L requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in pallet control or finance logistics administration.
• Strong systems capability, particularly in Excel and SAP.
• Ability to communicate clearly and deliver high-quality service.
• Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer and trading partner enquiries in a timely manner.
• Complete internal pallet reports and investigate account anomalies.
• Communicate with interstate teams regarding non-compliant consignments.
• Process freight delivery documentation and enter data into SAP.
• Perform financial and operational administration.
