Job summary

Primary Connect, part of the Woolworths Group food and retail supply chain network in Australia and New Zealand, is hiring a logistics coordinator. You will reconcile pallet movements across distribution centres, maintain data in the 2IC equipment control system, and coordinate with DC operations, vendors and transport providers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Can-do attitude with proactive problem solving.
  • Experience in administration and pallet control within warehouse or logistics.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through.
  • Strong customer service and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly pallet movements across DCs, vendors, and carriers, investigating discrepancies to minimise pallet loss and hire charges.
  • Maintain data accuracy and system integrity within the 2IC equipment control system, ensuring 100% account compliance through daily checks against procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve unprocessed, incorrect, or rejected transactions, identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Coordinate and participate in monthly/quarterly ULD stocktakes, auditing equipment movement records across multiple sources.
  • Partner with DC operations, vendors, and transport providers to troubleshoot exceptions quickly and accurately, driving continuous workflow improvement.

What you’ll do
