As our Paid Ads Specialist you will run Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads for a portfolio of ambitious brands across Healthcare, Law, eCommerce and B2B.

You will own your accounts day to day, build your own strategies and work with an award-winning team across creative, content, SEO and web to turn ad spend into real business growth, not just clicks.

Qualifications

• Paid media experience: 2+ years hands-on managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts.
• LinkedIn Ads exposure: experience running or supporting B2B campaigns on LinkedIn.
• Analytical skills: proven ability to read the data, find what is driving results and optimise campaigns.
• Tracking knowledge: comfortable with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Communication skills: strong verbal and written skills for working with clients and the team.
• Fast-paced adaptability: experience managing multiple accounts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Running accounts end to end: plan, build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Building your own paid strategies: derive channel mix from client targets and measure by CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Creative and landing page testing: brief teams on ad creative and pages, run tests and scale what works.
• Tracking and reporting: maintain accurate conversion tracking and explain performance to clients.
