Zusammenfassung

Mediix is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist for a Perth-based private practice. The role covers early intervention to upper primary with potential adolescent work, across a broad referral base including ASD, DLD, articulation and literacy.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, craft family-centred therapy plans, and deliver sessions in clinic and in community/school settings. Strong emphasis on coaching families, collaborative care, and thorough documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Strong paediatric focus with experience in family-centred therapy
• Ability to develop evidence-based therapy plans for children
• Comfort with coaching parents and delivering home-programming
• Experience with liaising with paediatricians, teachers and other clinicians
• Clear clinical documentation and reporting practices

Aufgaben

• Conduct paediatric assessments and formulate clinical impressions
• Develop individualised therapy plans grounded in evidence
• Deliver 1:1 sessions in clinic and in community/school visits
• Partner with parents through coaching and home-programming
• Collaborate with paediatricians, teachers, OTs and psychologists
• Complete NDIS reporting, progress reviews and clinical documentation
