Mediix Recruitment is partnering with a warm, family-focused paediatric practice in Perth to welcome another Speech Pathologist to their clinical team. The role covers early intervention through upper primary with potential adolescent work, in a setting that values meaningful impact over corporate pressure.

You will assess children, develop family-centred therapy plans, deliver 1:1 sessions in clinic and school or community visits, and guide families with home-programming while liaising with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
• Speech Pathology Australia CPSP eligibility or certification.
• Genuine interest in paediatric work and family-centred care.
• New grads welcome with paediatric placement experience.
• Current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Complete paediatric assessments and formulate clinical impressions.
• Develop family-centred therapy plans grounded in evidence.
• Deliver 1:1 sessions in clinic, with community and school visits where appropriate.
• Partner with parents and carers through coaching and home-programming.
• Liaise with paediatricians, teachers, OTs and psychologists involved in shared care.
• Complete NDIS reporting, progress reviews and clinical documentation.
