Job summary

Mediix in Adelaide seeks a paediatric Speech Pathologist to join the team on a permanent basis, focusing on paediatric caseload with potential for a small adolescent mix. The role offers clinic, school, in-home therapy and telehealth options across the metro area.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration required or CPSP welcomed.
• Australian work rights.
• Genuine interest in paediatric practice and family-centred care.
• Comfort with paediatric assessment and intervention; interest in a specialty (feeding, AAC, literacy, autism support) is a plus.
• DHS Working with Children Check (SA) required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly paediatric caseload with potential for some adolescent/adult mix.
• Clinic sessions, school visits, in-home therapy and telehealth.
• Caseload set with clinical lead, not KPI-driven.
• Full admin, scheduling and billing support to keep you clinical.
• Weekly supervision for new grads; monthly-plus for experienced SPs.
• Access to established assessment tools and a shared clinical library.
• Strong local MDT referrer network with paediatricians, OTs and schools.
• Regular team case discussions.
