Job summary

Mediix in Sydney is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention across clinic, school and telehealth settings, with a dedicated paediatric caseload.

You’ll join a not-for-profit, values-driven team providing structured onboarding, mentoring, supervision, a $1,000 PD budget in your first year and salary packaging benefits up to $18,549 tax-free, with travel support where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology.
• Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
• Experience or strong interest in paediatric caseloads.
• Knowledge of evidence-based paediatric assessment and intervention.
• Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (preferred for school/community work).

Responsibilities

• Conduct paediatric assessments and evidence-based intervention.
• Support school communities through consultation and professional learning.
• Work collaboratively with psychologists, educators and families.
• Participate in peer supervision and structured clinical mentoring.
• Provide high-quality, family-centred care.
