Job summary

Stream Healthcare is recruiting for early-career and experienced Speech Pathologists across Toowoomba and surrounding areas, with paediatric and mixed NDIS caseloads available. Locations include Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Cairns, Hervey Bay and more.

You will conduct assessments, develop and deliver therapy plans, collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, and support clients with developmental delays and neurological or age-related changes in

Qualifications

Current SPA registration.
National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
NDIS Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current Drivers' License.

Responsibilities

Conducing speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments.
Developing and delivering individualised therapy plans to support functional communication and participation.
Working closely with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best client outcomes.
Supporting clients with developmental delays, disability, neurological conditions or age-related changes.
Delivering services in schools, homes, clinics or community settings (your choice!).
