Speech Bubble Speech Pathology Pty Ltd – Edithvale, VIC is seeking a Speech Pathologist with paediatric experience to join our team. Full AUS working rights are essential.

The role covers assessment, therapy, and group programs for ages 18 months to 18 years, with clinic, telehealth and school settings. We offer early finish Fridays, a part-time option for experienced clinicians (minimum 2 days), clear pathways to senior roles, strong clinical mentorship, and a generous PD allowance.

Qualifications

• Paediatric experience in Speech Pathology is required.
• Demonstrated communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with families and professionals.
• Proven teamwork in a clinical setting.
• Eligibility for APAC registration and working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment for paediatric caseload.
• Plan and implement individualized therapy and group programs.
• Administer and interpret standardised assessments.
• Provide therapy across clinic, telehealth, and school/home settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client outcomes.
• Progress career toward senior roles.
