Brightside Recruitment is seeking Speech Pathologists with paediatric experience for multiple roles across North and South East Melbourne. Flexible work arrangements include hybrid, clinic, community, school and telehealth options, with full-time or part-time positions and salary between $85,000 and $121,250 plus super.

You’ll join supportive multidisciplinary teams delivering assessments and therapy, working with children and families across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• The candidate is a Speech Pathologist with paediatric experience or a strong interest in paediatrics.
• Demonstrated ability to work in family-centred, collaborative care settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Deliver assessments, therapy planning and goal-focused intervention for paediatric clients.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams including OT, Psychology and allied health.
• Manage a varied caseload with supportive supervision and flexible workload.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and best-practice care.
