Healthcarelink Support in Melbourne’s West is seeking a Speech Pathologist to manage paediatric caseloads in a clinic-based setting. The role includes clinic and school-based services with a strong mentoring program for graduates and early-career therapists.

The position offers a generous remuneration package, super, a dedicated PD budget of 1500 AUD, and five weeks paid leave. Flexible hours and potential telehealth services across Victoria are available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent).
• Current Speech Pathology Australia Membership.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently within various service models and locations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Paediatric experience preferred; new graduates and/or experienced applicants welcome to apply.
• Eligibility for Medicare Provider Status.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate with Anaphylaxis Training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualised and engaging speech pathology services to assess, diagnose and manage clients.
• Write clinical notes for each session delivered.
• Write assessment reports and provide feedback to parents/carers.
• Write NDIS reviews and/or letters to doctors and other relevant professionals.
• Develop client SMART goals.
• Maintain work-life balance and enjoy your workdays.
