Job summary

Coral Tree Kids Health & Therapy Clinic in Epping is seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role is initially part-time with potential for full-time hours for the right candidate.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and new graduates, offering mentoring and a flexible start date. The clinic emphasises neuroaffirming, child-centred care and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Commitment to neuroaffirming, evidence-informed and child-centred practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
• Initiative, creativity and willingness to contribute to a growing clinic.
• Interest in paediatric feeding therapy, group programmes or multidisciplinary care would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology assessments and individual therapy.
• Develop and facilitate group therapy sessions, including social communication groups and school readiness programs.
• Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians and medicalpractitioners.
• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments and programs.
• Support children and families to achieve meaningful communication goals.
• Provide therapy at our Epping clinic, with opportunities for school, daycare and home visits.
• Contribute to development of new services and programs as the clinic grows.
