Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with eligibility to practice in Australia.
• Experience delivering assessment, intervention and therapy for paediatric clients 0-7 years.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and provide guidance to juniors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality assessment, intervention and therapy services for children aged 0-7 years, supporting communication, development and participation.
• Develop and implement individualised, outcome-focused care plans in partnership with children, families and carers.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, community partners and service providers to coordinate effective and integrated care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to allied health assistants, students and less experienced staff as appropriate.
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance outcomes for children and families.
