Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking multiple Paediatric Occupational Therapists to join our expanding team in Alexandra Hills, Brisbane. The role supports NDIS neurodiverse children and adolescents and private fee-for-service clients, with an established caseload ready to service.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible days and hours, salary range $87,000–$130,000 per year, and NFP salary packaging options up to $15,900.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Working with Children Check and Worker Screening (current or able to obtain).
• Provider Number (current or able to obtain).
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for empowering neurodiverse young people.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and prepare detailed reports for NDIS participants and private fee-for-service clients.
• Develop, monitor, and adapt individualized treatment plans to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and client-centered care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, ensure accurate record-keeping, and document all therapy-related activities.
• Enjoy professional development and supervision allowances.
• Access a dedicated resource budget to support effective service delivery.
