Job summary

Barwon Health seeks a Radiographer/Medical Imaging Technologist (Grade 4 PACS Supervisor) for Surgical and Critical Care. The role leads the PACS team and ensures safe, timely delivery of imaging and radiology information to clinicians and staff, while maintaining system performance and data integrity.

You will drive ICT projects, support imaging equipment integration, and mentor the team, contributing to service improvement and patient care in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced specialist knowledge in medical imaging informatics and imaging workflows.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop, coach and motivate a team.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Medical Imaging ICT operations, including PACS, RIS and reporting systems.
• Manage ICT projects and priorities with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Drive system integration and continuous improvement across imaging platforms.
• Support PACS team development, training and user education.
