Job summary

Flavorite Group, Australia’s largest glasshouse producer of fresh, premium produce, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee packing operations and lead a team across packing and production areas. Working closely with the Production Manager, you will be hands-on with day-to-day operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate packing teams to meet KPIs and timelines.
• Operate and manage packing equipment as needed.
• Monitor performance and adjust packing plans.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Track attendance and manage leave for direct reports.
• Develop fortnightly work orders to optimise output.
• Collaborate with the wider production team for smooth operations.
• Support a positive team culture and continuous improvement.
• Assist other leadership team members as required.
