Job summary

PepsiCo Australia & New Zealand is seeking reliable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join the Regency Park night shift team in SA. You will operate automated packaging machinery in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will work Sunday midnight to 6am and Monday to Friday nights, with a permanent full-time position. The role requires teamwork, problem-solving ability, and strong attention to HACCP/GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated packaging machinery in a food/Beverage FMCG environment.
• Mechanically minded with strong aptitude for automated equipment.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP with attention to detail, safety and reliability.
• Team player with good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and system operation.
• Flexible and energetic approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time while maintaining safe working techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery and maintain a continuous flow of product.
• Start-up, shutdown, changeovers and product transitions.
• Troubleshoot palletising automation and machinery.
• Manage production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to PepsiCo food safety, HACCP, GMP, allergen management and sanitation standards.
• Committed to quality checks, ensuring packaging integrity, accurate coding, seal quality, carton construction and finished goods presentation.
• Cleaning and housekeeping.

• Night Shift Hours: Sunday midnight - 6am Monday (6hrs), Monday to Friday 10:10pm - 6:10am
• Position: Permanent Full Time

Responsibilities

• Operating heavy machinery equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment with good communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting and system operation.
