Line Leader – Packaging | Temp to Perm | Day Shift | Pinkenba

Location: Pinkenba, QLD
Pay Rate:$35 - $39 (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
Roster: Monday-Thursday, Day Shift

About the Role
Join a global manufacturer specialising in contract manufacturing, research and development of supplements, nutraceuticals and innovative health products. Producing tablets, capsules, powders, liquids and creams, the business holds patents for ingredients such as HMB and glucosamine.

We’re looking for an experienced Line Leader to take charge of the packaging production line in a brand new, freshly built facility in Pinkenba. You’ll supervise the packaging operators, keep the line running smoothly, and support the team through changeovers and product issues while completing quality checks. If you’re a hands‑on leader with nutraceutical, pharmaceutical or FMCG experience, this is a great chance to step into a new site and help shape how it runs.

Shift Details

• Monday-Thursday
• Day shift: 5:30am – 3:30pm

About You & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise packaging operators to achieve production targets
• Ensure the packaging line runs smoothly and efficiently
• Support the team with changeovers and product issues
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production documentation
• Maintain GMP, hygiene and workplace safety standards
• Previous line leader or supervisory experience is essential
• Previous experience in a nutraceutical, pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing environment
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling up to 15kg (not a regular requirement)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable, safety‑focused and committed to quality
