Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Baulkham Hills NSW seeks a seasoned General Manager, Pacific Products, to lead a broad business with accountability for revenue growth, profitability and people leadership across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and operations.

You will shape the five-year growth strategy and align channel/service strategies with customer needs while driving operational excellence in supply chain, forecasting and customer service, developing future leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong general management and P&L leadership experience.
• Track record of profitable growth and business transformation.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams in a matrix organisation.
• Strong commercial acumen across sales, channel management, marketing and operations.
• Ability to move between strategy, customer engagement and operational execution.
• Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pacific Products business, delivering revenue growth, profitability and operational targets.
• Drive productivity, working capital performance and continuous improvement.
• Identify growth opportunities with regional and functional leaders.
• Lead the annual operating plan and long-term strategic roadmap.
• Expand market presence through channel strategies and customer engagement.
• Support growth across Connected Buildings, Fire & Security.
• Ensure alignment between sales, marketing and product strategy.
