Job summary

Pernod Ricard Australia is seeking a Credit and Claims Controller – Pacific to manage customer claims and credits across Australia and New Zealand with a strong focus on accuracy, investigation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will contribute to timely issue resolution and robust reporting to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims processing, credit control, accounts receivable, warehouse administration, or supply chain operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
• Strong ERP system experience, ideally with JD Edwards or SAP, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of stock and pricing claims, including logging, investigation, validation, closure, and documentation.
• Raise credit notes and recharges in JD Edwards (E1), ensuring accurate reason coding and compliance with internal frameworks.
• Investigate claims and disputes with 3PLs, transport providers, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to identify and resolve root causes.
• Deliver accurate fortnightly and monthly KPI reporting across claims, credits, recoveries, ageing, and service performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives, system testing, SOP development, and general operational administration across Integrated Operations.
