Job summary

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Credit and Claims Controller for the Pacific region to manage complex claims and credits across Australia and New Zealand. You will investigate issues, process credits, and partner with stakeholders to resolve disputes while driving visibility through reporting.

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager – Pacific, you will ensure compliant, timely handling with a strong focus on data integrity and operational excellence in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims processing and credit control in a high-volume environment.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving ability with root-cause focus.
• ERP systems experience, preferably JD Edwards or SAP.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of stock and pricing claims, including logging, investigation, validation, closure, and documentation.
• Raise credit notes and recharges in JD Edwards (E1), ensuring accurate reason coding.
• Investigate claims and disputes with 3PLs, transport providers, Sales, and Finance to resolve root causes.
• Deliver accurate fortnightly and monthly KPI reporting across claims, credits, recoveries, ageing, and service performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives, system testing, SOP development, and general operational administration.
